Lenses are forever…
Was sifting through my photo mags for the past few months to see if any articles were worth scanning and uploading to the web for sharing. The following article by Herbet Keppler appeared in the June issue of Popular Photography, and talks in detail about the benefits of investing in lenses as opposed to bodies. The newest body may be all the rage, but if you are serious about photography, he suggests you focus your purchases on the lens (or “glass” as they call it in the industry) to get a better long term return on the investment (and happier with the use you’ll get out of it to boot!). Anyway, the article is here for any who are interested
