Library Announcement
The First Annual SCPG Gallery will begin this Saturday at the Summerville Public Library. When the library opens, we’ll be going in to hang all the photos members have contributed for public viewing. Everything should be finished by noon. Any and all are welcome to stop in the library to see the handiwork. Without meaning to sound like a braggart - some of the works that I saw as we assemled the montage last Saturday really made me feel honored to be a part of this group. We would also like to take this opportunity to again thank the library administration for generously donating their space to us.
May Shoot Location
The shoot location for May has been announced in the forums. Look to meet up with the SC photogs group at Cypress Gardens. Start time will be when the gates open at Cypress (9am - we love that morning light). Admission rates are $10 for adults and $6 for kids aged 6-12. For directions and more info, click here. June also looks to be tentatively scheduled for a trip to the Columbia zoo. Stop in the forums to find out the latest details on developing plans.
